We're currently staying at the hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't be more ideal with easy access to all the main sights, restaurants, and shopping. The staff has been incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet is delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The view from the restaurant is fantastic, allowing us to enjoy people watching in the bustling square.

Some parts of the room were a bit dusty, but nothing major or uncomfortable. The bathroom design was more focused on aesthetics than functionality, with glass walls that lacked privacy and no floor heating or extra heating, making it feel cold.

What a Christmas treat! the staff was incredible, always willing to help and making me feel at home away from home. the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies were delicious and the free shuttle service to the holiday markets made my trip much easier. the location could not have been better, within walking distance of all major attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. And the view from my room was fantastic, seeing the city dressed up for Christmas was amazing.
