We had a luxurious and unforgettable stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities met all our expectations, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The Spa & wellness centre was one of the highlights of our trip, as the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and massage services were all top-notch. The sun terrace and garden area provided a lovely atmosphere for relaxation and enjoying the beautiful views.

While our overall experience was fantastic, we did notice some minor issues during our stay. The Aqua park was closed during our visit, which was a bit disappointing, as we were looking forward to using it.

The bedroom with huge bathroom and window view was perfect. The bed and bedding were divine. The view was spectacular and the spa is AMAZING. The restaurant had great selection of foods. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

The New Year party was enjoyable and the fireworks were amazing. The decoration was impressive and the buffet offered a wide variety of food options to satisfy every palate. The dancing kept us entertained until midnight. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby parking area. the complimentary welcome drinks and snacks were a nice touch.

The hotel was overbooked, which made the check-in process chaotic and long. The heating system was not sufficient, making our room very cold, and the Wi-Fi was poor.

I had a fantastic stay at A Hoteli - Grand&Sky Hotel Tornik. The room was spacious and clean, with beautiful views. The food at the rotate restaurant was absolutely delicious and the staff provided excellent service. The underground parking was a great convenience. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a young family, we loved the beautiful views from our room and the bar. The interiors were stunning and the staff were mostly nice and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The variety of fruits and vegetables at dinner and breakfast was impressive, and the desserts were delicious. The spa facilities were wonderful, and the swimming pools were great. Clean hotel with great staff, spacious rooms, and a balcony with a nice view. The pool and spa area can be a bit tricky to find, but once you do, it's really nice. The pool has a separate area for children with water slides, and there's a huge indoor playground for kids. a enjoyable experience.
