The entire place was immaculately clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of washrooms available, never having to wait in a queue. The hostel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The location in a really nice neighborhood with lots of points of interest was perfect for exploring the city. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the bus station, making it easy to travel to other destinations. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering recommendations for restaurants and providing interesting insights into the history of this city.

During our stay at a hostel in Belgrade, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. We also appreciated the central location, with convenient amenities like McDonald's and cafes nearby. The staff even accommodated my request to change from a top bunk to a bottom bunk due to a shoulder injury. our experience at the hostel was good and we would recommend it.

There were a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of privacy curtains and power points at the beds. Additionally, the hostel only accepted cash, which seems to be typical in Serbian hostels.

Cosy atmosphere and welcoming staff. The hostel had a friendly vibe and the guests were super friendly. The location was ideal, close to the main square and within walking distance of the bus and train station. There was also a small supermarket nearby, which was convenient for buying groceries. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus.

The excessive use of security cards on the bathroom doors was a bit inconvenient. It was fortunate that most people left them open most of the time.

During my stay at Bongo, we had a fantastic experience. The hostel's location is ideal, as it is just a short 5-10 minute walk from both the city center and the train station. The staff at Bongo were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with big smiles and providing helpful advice on things like train timetables and free city walking tours. The hostel itself is lovely, with free coffee and tea available, and each bed has its own charging station for convenience. The level of comfort at Bongo is exceptional, and I can confidently say it is one of the best hostels I have stayed at during my solo travels. I would definitely choose to stay at Bongo again on my next visit.

The shared lounge was simply amazing, because who doesn't love sharing their space with strangers? The garden views from the rooms were also lovely, especially when you don't mind a little lack of privacy.

Loved having lockers right in the way of the door, it added an exciting challenge every time I wanted to enter or exit the room.

It was a refreshing experience to have such a well-kept accommodation during the holiday season.

One aspect I disliked about my stay was the loud room doors. Whenever someone entered or left their room, it would make a lot of noise, which disturbed my sleep sometimes.

I recently stayed at Hostel Bongo for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The staff, especially Magdalena, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the lockers were spacious. The hostel is in a great location and has a relaxed atmosphere. They even helped me print out my boarding pass and allowed me to leave my bag there after check-out. I can't recommend this hostel enough!

They have free Wi-Fi, a fully-equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils, and even a coffee shop on-site. The rooms are cozy and clean, with big lockers for each person. The bathrooms are spotless and the common room is perfect for watching TV or playing board games. The added amenities like laundry facilities and luggage storage make your stay even more convenient. The 24-hour reception is a big plus too. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting.

The smoking situation, as some guests and even staff members smoked near the common area, causing smoke to enter the non-smoking section. This was a bit inconvenient and bothersome for non-smokers.

The air quality in the basement bedrooms was quite stale and unpleasant. It made it difficult to sleep comfortably and left a lingering odor in the room.
