The personnel at the hostel are helpful, friendly, approachable, and fun. They even provide an iron, which was very handy for my business trip. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything and close to Brankov Most, where important buses leave. The breakfast is supposed to be great, although I unfortunately didn't get the chance to experience it.

I felt very well taken care of, with no reason to complain.
