The hotel is conveniently located in the town center, making it easy to explore the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the spa facilities were enjoyable, especially the pool and hot tub.

The noise from a group staying at the hotel for a team building event disrupted our sleep on two consecutive nights.

We spent a wonderful New Year's Eve break in a beautiful hotel surrounded by stunning nature. the rooms were spacious, clean and had a huge terrace. the pool was perfectly clean, and the gym was well equipped. We loved the location, which was perfect for exploring the nearby area. the best aspect was the staff, who were exceptionally helpful and polite. They even organized a walking tour that was great fun and highly recommended.

The food could have been better for the price paid, and some of the staff in the lounge were too slow. the directions in the spa were not as clear as they should have been, and the water temperature in the shower kept changing.
