The hotel facilities were excellent, including a great exchange office, two restaurants, and a convenient mini shop. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and dinner prices were affordable. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel had a convenient gondola nearby that provided easy access to the ski center. The staff was friendly and professional, and the gym was well equipped.

Spacious lobby with a cozy fireplace and welcoming staff. the location is perfect, with a short distance to the ski slopes and easy access to transportation to the town center. the rooms were tidy and warm, making for a comfortable stay.

Limited options for dining and expensive additional amenities such as spa, billiards, and fitness. the WiFi only worked well in the lobby and not in the rooms, causing major inconvenience for guests who need to work or stay connected.
