I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The service was top-notch, with room service available and a helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and modern, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and forest. The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of delicious food to choose from. I also appreciated the late check-out option and the fact that they provided an HDMI cable so I could enjoy Netflix in my room. this place exceeded my expectations in every way.

During my stay at Hotel Royal Mountain, I had the pleasure of enjoying the delicious breakfast with a great variety of food options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to have a late check out. The rooms were spacious, modern, and offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and forest. I was also delighted to find out that the hotel provided an HDMI cable in the room, allowing me to enjoy Netflix.

Spent Xmas at this charming hotel and had a lovely time. the spa was great, and I was able to relax in the pool after a day exploring the beautiful area. the restaurant was fantastic with a buffet offering delicious food, and the game room was perfect for my children. the hotel's location was ideal, close to the ski lifts and snow activities. I also liked the fact that the hotel offered walking tours, which allowed us to see more of the stunning scenery.

Although the rooms were comfortable, they were a bit too small for our liking, and the walls were thin, so we could hear our neighbors. the staff in the lobby seemed more focused on watching football than attending to guests' needs.

Rich and delicious food, included spa with good ambient, free water tank, three kinds of tea, four tepidariums.

Could not be improved.
