Great location, just a short walk from the city center and popular attractions. The hotel has a well-equipped gym for guests to use. , the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

I was disappointed to find dead cockroaches and food scraps on the hallway floors. This was not expected in such a nice facility.

The breakfast served was delicious and satisfying, with a good variety of options. The bathroom was well-equipped and had everything I needed. I also appreciated the quick response from the staff in fixing the internet connection issue. In terms of location, the hotel was centrally located although it did require some uphill walking to reach the city center. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was good with great options that left me full and ready for the day ahead. Parking could be arranged on-site, as it was necessary as paying for street parking was an issue.

Even when mentioning to the staff, they were unable to adjust the temperature. the rooms were either scorching hot or freezing.

The staff provided a great service, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with amenities like ironing facilities and air conditioning. We especially enjoyed the spa and wellness center, where we were able to relax and rejuvenate with massages and access to the sauna and steam room. the staff was efficient and very kind, making our stay even more enjoyable.
