I had a great experience at Novel Inn. the rooms were spacious and the beds were extra big and comfortable. Everything was well-prepared and impeccably clean. the staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with all our questions and needs. the free airport shuttle was a valuable perk, especially since we had an early flight. Despite being a bit further from the city center, the public transport was easy to navigate and taxis were affordable.

My stay at Novel Inn was enjoyable. The apartment was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and fridge. There was plenty of free parking available in front of the building, which was convenient. Additionally, the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, providing a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The large balcony in the Exclusive apartment was a big advantage and added to my overall comfort during my stay.

One drawback was the noise from the apartment above, although we were still able to sleep through the night. The TV in the living room area was set too low, but this was a minor inconvenience.

The amount of toilet paper and kitchen towel provided was extremely limited, and when we ran out, we were asked how long we were staying as if it was our fault. there was no table cloth provided, so we had to use the kitchen towel to wipe the table and countertops.
