We had a wonderful stay in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the castle. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the city center effortlessly. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. Plus, the breakfast spread had a good variety of options to start our day right.

The staff was friendly and attentive. the continental and local breakfast had a good variety of foods. the location was perfect with great bars and restaurants nearby, plus easy walking distance to all attractions.

The bed was creaky and the toiletries were basic. the spa's jacuzzi was cold.

Despite all the negatives, I have to admit that the apartment we stayed in was very clean and modern. The staff were polite and always had a smile on their faces. The location of the property was superb, close to the city center. The fact that it was quiet on the fourth floor, even on a busy Friday night, was definitely a plus. And to top it off, the breakfast was surprisingly good.

There were continuous disconnections, and when I brought it up to the front desk, they said it was their provider's fault and there was nothing they could do. The breakfast was plain and terrible, with generic, cheap, and instant made food.
