The location of the resort is simply amazing. Being in a private island provided us with the privacy and peace we were looking for. the snorkeling and scuba diving experiences were superb, as expected in a location like this. We also really enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the exceptional spa services that were offered.

The staff could definitely improve their customer service skills. We experienced difficulty during check-in and check-out, with lengthy and inefficient processes.

The view from our villa at Four Seasons was absolutely breathtaking. We had the most amazing sunrise and sunset views over the crystal-clear turquoise waters. It felt like we were in paradise.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. The exclusive amenities left us feeling pampered and relaxed. The service was prompt and attentive, and the Spa & wellness center was top-notch. We had a full body massage that left us feeling rejuvenated. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace gave us access to breathtaking views of the garden area.

The only issue we faced during our stay was a lack of beach umbrellas. We would have liked to have had more shade options while lounging near the beach.
