The location of the hotel is fantastic, being in a great shopping area with easy access to most major and upmarket malls. The bridge link to Paragon is very convenient for shopping. Additionally, the hotel is close to Al Falaq mosque for those who wish to attend prayers. The rooms are modern and well-designed, with comfortable bedding and clean pillows. The kitchenettes are a wonderful addition, equipped with a complete set of utensils and replenished Nespresso capsules.

The walls could be more soundproof.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of Ascott Orchard, with malls and halal eateries just a stone's throw away. The executive studio may not be spacious, but it provided enough room for myself and my companion. The presence of a microwave and coffee machine in the room made it even more convenient. The contemporary and luxurious theme of the room design created a welcoming ambiance. Moreover, the link bridge to Paragon was incredibly convenient for exploring the area.

The view from the living room and bedroom, framed by full glass windows, had to be constantly closed due to the close proximity of a construction site. The carpets and dining table could have been cleaner, and it would have been helpful to have rags and a broom for any spills or quick cleanups.

Fantastic location, top class staff, excellent facilities, great breakfast, spacious apartments.

Great location near shopping malls and excellent amenities. Two complementary facts were a great plus. the pool was clean and perfect for a family holiday. the staff was welcoming and helpful all the time. Loved the beautiful lounge, comfortable and spacious bedroom and the complete kitchen facilities.

Loud construction noise coming from nearby area that was bothersome and uncomfortable. the bed wasn't comfortable enough for me.

As someone who likes to start the day early, the free room upgrade was a great perk. The 2 bedroom suite had stylish and soothing interior design, with perfectly arranged furniture that made the space feel balanced. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were arranged in a conducive manner, making it convenient for families to spend time together while preparing meals. The master bedroom was spacious and even had enough room for a baby cot. The kitchen facilities and utensils were of great quality, such as the easy-to-clean Narumi utensils. The bathroom was well-thought-out, with a long basin for couples to freshen up together in the morning. Additionally, the swimming pool was a wonderful place to go for a healthy swim any time of the day. With Paragon and Takashimaya just a short walk away, the location was perfect for shopping. my stay at Ascott Orchard was perfect and relaxing.

I felt very lucky to have found Ascott Orchard and had nothing to complain about.

Our stay at this hotel was simply luxurious. The exclusive amenities provided us with the perfect retreat. The service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness centre was relaxing. We enjoyed lounging by the Outdoor swimming pool and soaking in the Jacuzzi. The Sun terrace provided a stunning views and the Garden area was serene. The Restaurant had delicious cuisine and our private facilities were top of the line.

There was one small issue during our stay. Our room was not ready upon check-in, despite arriving after the official time.
