Amazing Experience with Great Service!

We recently had the most amazing holiday at a luxurious hotel in an incredible location. the hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, offering incredible views of the surroundings. the amenities provided were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks in the library. the hotel's buggy service was a great convenience, saving us from the hassle of carrying our heavy luggage. the experience was truly fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

This hotel is nestled in a serene oasis, surrounded by lush greenery, providing a tranquil atmosphere that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. the staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was delicious and served in a beautiful setting, with exotic birds flying in the trees above.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the carpets in the villa we stayed in were old and dirty, in need of a professional clean or replacement.

I got great value for my money at Capella Singapore. The room was super comfortable and the location was peaceful and zen. The staff treated me like a VIP, remembering my name and going above and beyond to make me feel special.

We had a memorable birthday celebration at Capella. The staff was amazing, ensuring that everything was perfect for our special day. The property was beautiful, with immaculately clean pools and gardens. The spacious room had a great view of the sea. we had a fantastic experience at Capella.

The hotel allowed me to bring my furry friend with me, which was a big plus. the room was spacious and had a beautiful view. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.

The bathroom was located in an inconvenient spot, which made it difficult when sharing the room. the location was a bit out of the way from my business meetings, which made transportation a bit of a challenge.

We had an absolutely luxurious experience at this hotel. the exclusive amenities provided were exceptional and catered to all our needs. the outdoor swimming pool was amazing and we loved spending time lounging on the sun terrace. the spa and wellness center was definitely a highlight of our stay, with the steam room and massage services being particularly noteworthy. In-room breakfast was a special touch, and the bar/lounge area provided a cozy space to relax. the location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

We loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the private plunge pool and the world-class spa. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions in Sentosa but in a more serene and relaxing setting. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and were truly attentive to our needs.

We were blown away by the beautiful landscape surrounding the hotel, giving us a sense of tranquility and closeness to nature. The location just behind Palawan beach was perfect for morning jogs and evening strolls. The rum appreciation class at Bob's Bar was a unique and enjoyable experience. We were also delighted by the staff's gesture of decorating our room and providing a birthday cake for our celebration. our stay at Capella was truly memorable and we can't wait to return!

Classy property with good food, pools, spa, and beachfront. Comfy bed & pillows. Great Sunday brunch. Excellent service. Enjoyable resort programmes. Superb food quality. Nice fitness center and spa facilities. Excellent view, amenities, and speakers in the room. The Knoll, Bob's Bar, and Cassia are impressive. Staff is attentive and efficient. Perfect beach location. Peaceful and quiet grounds.

The value for money was great, with a well-prepared room and a lovely orchid as a nice touch. The staff at Cassia were always ready to help, and the pool personnel were attentive, especially with the kids. Also, the comfortable bed and the Bluetooth connectivity were a bonus.
