Well-appointed rooms, courteous bell service, easy access to public transport and Orchard Road, tastefully designed and spacious layout, superb cleanliness both inside and outside the building, appreciated the hygiene level of housekeeping staff.

The bed at Citadines Balestier was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning. Staff were all friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Staying here was simply amazing. I could not ask for more as this venue provides everything I needed for a comfortable stay. This place can be found in a nice area and it's very accessible with bus stops nearby that can take you to nearby shopping areas like Bugis. Also, the service room service was perfect. They clean the room and make sure everything is perfect. Laundry was also easy to do as they have ironing facilities and a washing machine. The room amenities were complete with a microwave, electric kettle, and a kitchenette with cookware/ kitchen utensils that are very useful when preparing food. The staff provided perfect service and were very accommodating that made me feel at home.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is conveniently located close to bus stops that can take you to nearby shopping areas like Bugis, and it's within a short walk to a 24-hour Muslim food outlet and a hawker market. The rooms are spacious with a homey feel, equipped with essential utensils in the kitchen, and the staff is helpful and accommodating.

One downside is that there is no complimentary parking for guests, unlike other hotels in the area.

Felt looked after, no complaints

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the facilities' cleanliness and the staff's friendliness. the spacious room and its comfortable seating area, as well as the big refrigerator with freezer compartment allowed us to store and enjoy our festive goodies. the free one-time detergent for our washing machine saved us a trip to the store. the location is well connected by frequent bus services and nearby amenities. It was great to have a towel service available for the pool and gym.

There were also some downsides. the noise level was an issue at night with ambulance sirens and occasional maintenance sounds.

Clean and quiet with a jaw-droppingly comfortable bed! Super convenient location with a bus stop right outside.
