The location is incredibly central and convenient for business travelers, just a short distance from the Raffles MRT. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel offers a convenient laundrette for guests and also provides free water fill-up using a water filter system. The rooms were cozy and the bathroom had smart duty lights which came in handy during nighttime.

The brand new high-tech building offers excellent facilities and top-quality kitchen utensils. Water pressure in the shower could be improved, but overall, the studio is well-equipped. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the MRT station and a variety of stores. There is a great coffee shop downstairs and even a Starbucks nearby. The hotel provides refillable drink water bottles in each room and on every floor outside the elevator.

We had a fantastic stay at Citadines! The location was perfect, with the MRT station and Hawker store just around the corner. The hotel had a great coffee shop serving delicious milk coffee, and there was even a Starbucks nearby. We also loved the fact that they provided refillable drink water bottles in every room.
