During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the great location of the hotel, which was just a short walk away from popular shopping areas and the transportation hub. the amenities and facilities provided like the swimming pool were excellent and thoroughly enjoyed. the staff was friendly and always available to help with any requests.

we found the rooms slightly cramped and lacking in necessary features like hooks in the bathroom to dry towels and a full-length mirror. We also had trouble figuring out the light switches, but this was a minor issue.

This hotel is located in a fantastic location! the room was spacious and had all the exclusive amenities we needed, such as fully equipped Miele appliances, and was serviced daily to a high standard. the swimming pools, including a fantastic lap pool, and garden were immaculate, and we enjoyed spending time in the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

The only minor issue we encountered was a lack of towel hooks/racks in the bathroom, making it a bit tricky to keep towels dry. Nonetheless, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent experience.

The location was great and within walking distance to Orchard Road. The room was well stocked with amenities and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were helpful with requests and deliveries.
