I loved the central location, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a high-tech gym and a fantastic pool on the top floor offering breathtaking views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home throughout my stay. A special shout-out to the executive lounge and kitchen staff, who provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable dining experience.

The room service quality of food was average and not enough options, but the prompt and top-notch service made up for it. The view from our suite on the 14th floor was absolutely breathtaking, with a 300-degree view of the financial center and marina. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this Marriott for its amazing views and excellent service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my trip memorable, especially Wai Ying who decorated the room for my triple celebration. The pool boy, Danish, was also exceptional, allowing us to enjoy the pool even after closing time. The view from the 18th-floor pool was breathtaking, offering a 360-degree panoramic view. The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to the MRT and connected to nearby shopping malls.

One downside was that some of the hot food at breakfast was not as warm as it should have been, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been better if all the food was served at the right temperature.

The buffet and Akira Back restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. It was also nice to be able to take the elevator directly to Akira Back restaurant.

The view was breathtaking! Excellent customer service, spacious room, automated toilet seat, fantastic pool view on level 18, speaker in the bathroom. Location is excellent, near MRT station and attractions. Fabulous food and spacious club lounge with a variety of food options at breakfast.

I stayed at Jw Marriott for a birthday celebration and was blown away by their generosity with gifts! The hotel's location was perfect, right beside Suntec City for amazing shopping options. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast spread was delicious, especially the honey dripping from the honeycomb that paired perfectly with the pancakes!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at a contemporary hotel that provided us with a premium experience. the location was perfect with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and cafes. the view from our room was incredible, and the bed and pillows were comfy. the hotel offered two lovely complementary facts which was a nice touch.

The breakfast was below average, and there wasn't much selection at the afternoon tea. our check-in process was somewhat time-consuming, and we had to wait for an extra hour to get our room.

my stay at jw marriott was even better than my last visit in singapore. every detail was memorable - from the check-in process with talgar's jokes, to the attentive service from hazel at the lounge, and the comfortable suite with sweet treats. already planning my next staycation!

Misaligned shower door.

This luxurious hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the spa and wellness centre was the perfect place to relax, with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool and treatment rooms. the pool with a view on the rooftop had comfortable sun loungers and a shallow end, creating a serene atmosphere.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited in-room breakfast menu, although the restaurant had excellent food and special diet menus. the bar/lounge area had a variety of drinks and snacks, making it an ideal place to unwind after a day of activities.
