The rooms were clean and spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay more comfortable. the hotel's location was convenient, as it was within walking distance of my office.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the automatic blinds in the room would roll up every 3 minutes, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Our stay at the boutique hotel was excellent. We made a reservation for the Oasis room, which had a balcony and was perfect for our celebration. The room was spacious enough to accommodate our group of friends, and we had a great time. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being near the MTR and Lau Pa Sat. The carpark entry/exit was unlimited, allowing us to easily come and go. We were impressed with the staff's attitude, and the receptionist named Nurul went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. We would definitely consider staying at Klapstar Boutique Hotel again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, as it is close to the MRT station and the vibrant entertainment center.
