it was super clean and comfortable. it's only a quick walk to havelock mrt and very close to zion rd hawker centre. the staff were friendly and the pool was a hit with the kids!

Having a washing machine in the room would have been more convenient, especially for a two-bedroom residence.

Friendly staff provides excellent customer service. Enjoy morning coffee and cookies in the lounge. the swimming pool is a fun activity for families. Small kitchen in the living room is handy for longer stays.

Sofa bed is too soft. Housekeeping service should be more frequent.

the rooms were spacious and clean, with a huge comfortable bed. all our needs were met, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and polite. the complimentary snacks and drinks were a lovely touch. the location near the train station and food centers made it convenient for us to explore the area.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, within walking distance from the MRT station. the staff here are very friendly and always ready to help. the laundry facilities are convenient, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, allowing for a good night's rest after a day of exploring the city. the kitchen is well-equipped for longer stays and the air conditioning works well to combat Singapore's heat.

One area for improvement could be the responsiveness to guests' needs, such as ensuring enough toiletries are stocked in the rooms daily. the maintenance of the furniture, like the sofa bed, could be looked into for better comfort.

The proximity to the city center and the lovely staff, especially Geraldine, were fantastic perks of this hotel. the stunning rooftop pool with a view and the convenience of the nearby MRT station made relaxation easy after a day out exploring. the only slight downside was a minor issue with the bathroom door, but it didn't really impact our overall great experience. 🌟.
