We really enjoyed our stay here. The location in the city center was perfect for us, since it was close to everything that we needed to do. The room service was excellent and the staff were always willing to help. The room itself was well-equipped, with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and an in-room safe. We appreciated the welcoming staff, who gave us a delicious drink upon arrival. Furthermore, the spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool were fantastic and really added to the luxurious experience.

We would definitely recommend this place to any family or friends looking for a great place to stay with helpful service and great facilities.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The location is excellent, with plenty of good shopping areas in walking distance and within a short cheap taxi ride to almost every tourist attraction. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool and spa. The breakfast offered a plentiful selection of delicious options. The staff were brilliant and went out of their way to help with taxis and provide general information.

Great location near city center, 5mins walk to Bugis MRT. Unique signature loft room with cozy bedspace. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Nearby shops and easy access to airport transport.

The hotel gave out free candy canes and had a festive atmosphere for the holidays. the location was great for being close to popular sights and activities. the hotel offered complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very close to 2 MRT stations which makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It is right in the center of the city, making it easy to access all the main attractions. The rooms are comfortable and offer all the necessary amenities for a short stay, including a good shower, comfy bed, and tea/coffee facilities. The buffet breakfast offers a wide range of delicious options, including freshly made omelettes. The staff at the reception were polite and professional.

The housekeeping staff, however, could improve in their timeliness in cleaning the rooms.

We had a great stay at a hotel in a fantastic location, close to the train station, malls, and restaurants. The concierge and housekeeping were incredibly helpful and gracious. On our second visit, my husband fell ill, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us, providing an early check-in, phones to arrange travel. Medical assistance was also offered throughout the day. The loft rooms were comfortable and spacious, perfect for couples. the staff provided excellent service and made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk from Bugis Station and within walking distance to the bay. Its proximity to Bugis Junction and other MRT stations make it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with a big swimming pool and a rooftop sitting area that provides a great view of the Singapore F1. it is close to the Albert Center Hawker Center, which offers a more local and less touristy dining experience.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bugis and had a great experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to Bugis Plus, Bugis Junction, Bugis Street, and the MRT. The staff, especially Jayden Choo, were really nice and accommodating. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a nice pool and rooftop area. Considering the price, it was definitely a good value. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.
