The hotel location was convenient as it was close to the shopping district and also to the public transport. There was a bus stop right next to the hotel that took me directly to Orchard street in just a few minutes. Moreover, it was close to the place I had to visit but still away from the busy street.

The elevators were slow, and there were often long waiting lines.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's interior and exterior design were both wonderful. The room I stayed in had a great design and was very comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The facilities at the hotel, including the pool and gym, were excellent. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes. The shuttle bus service was a convenient bonus, making it easy to get to the main area of the city.

As women traveling alone, we loved the two swimming pools, gym, and convenience of having a 7eleven and restaurant on-site. The staff, especially Siva, were friendly and accommodating, making our check-in fast and taking care of our requests for a birthday cake and late check out.

The room felt cosy, but it was not a big issue as the staff made our stay comfortable and hassle-free.

The location of Mercure is great! I was able to easily access Little India and Chinatown via the nearby Stevens metro. The hotel amenities and garden area were also lovely. Despite the small room size, it was kept clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with beautiful rooms and great towels. The hotel facilities were excellent, including multiple restaurants and two huge outdoor pools. The location, while slightly away from Orchard, was still convenient with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and an MRT station only an 8-minute walk away. The staff, from the front desk to the concierge, were all fantastic.

Everything is what I need and want.

Value for money was great at Mercure. The room was comfortable and the shower was amazing with instant hot water. The location was the best feature, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a 7eleven close by. The staff, especially Siva, were friendly and accommodating, fulfilling our requests for a birthday cake and late check out. we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

The only improvement needed for breakfast would be to have a wider menu selection.

just got back from my stay at an amazing hotel in Singapore. mercure was even better than my previous experience. convenient location, helpful staff, and a cozy room made my stay perfect. highly recommend!

Great free wifi and the room was cleaned well every day.

The location was not ideal, far from places to eat or drink after hours. the service was not great, no one checked us in and the staff didn't have many suggestions on things to do nearby.

This place is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to get around the city. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of food. The pools are large and refreshing, perfect for cooling off after a hot day.
