Some staff members have limited English proficiency, which could lead to communication difficulties in certain areas of the hotel.

I had the best hotel experience ever at Novotel! the room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. the breakfast was delicious and the checkout process was very fast. the hotel is conveniently located in the middle of Clarke Quay, with plenty of good and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. There is also a shopping center right below the hotel. the staff, including the reception and concierge, were polite and efficient. I felt very safe during my stay and would definitely come back to this hotel. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Clarke Quay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the concierge staff who went above and beyond. The hotel's location was perfect, with a supermarket nearby and within walking distance to Clarke Quay for great dining options. As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the convenience and affordability.

This place is located right at the Clarke area, which is easily accessible. The scenery is also spectacular, overlooking Clarke Quay. I really appreciated the room amenities, which included ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff was always accommodating to my requests and even allowed me to retain my lift card for a wedding that went beyond our checkout time.

Families will appreciate the free breakfast and children's play area, but the staff could improve on their customer service training. At the check-out, there was only one receptionist available, which caused some delays.

Great Service! They offered us complimentary drinks and snacks upon check-in and check-out. Location is very convenient. We were in the heart of the city and had easy access to everything. the view from our room was spectacular. We could see the city skyline and it was absolutely amazing.

I recently stayed at Novotel in Clarke Quay for my honeymoon. The location was excellent, with easy access to the MRT and eateries. We were upgraded to a lovely view room on a higher floor. The facilities and pool were clean, and it made for an enjoyable stay.
