i had a wonderful stay at Novotel. warm welcome by abel made us feel valued, ruffa's swift action when i lost my phone was impressive. housekeeping staff were always attentive. great location and comfy rooms, overall a worry-free and relaxing experience.

Always choose this gem for my stays. Staff arranged a morning wake-up call on my first visit. All amenities I need. Perfect for a romantic escape. Love the outdoor pool and 24-hour service. Wi-Fi, paid parking, bar, fitness center, kids club, and more. No pets, no smoking.

The room design looks great, with lovely linen. Breakfast was delicious and had options to suit all tastes, a real morning treat. We wished we had time to take a dip in the pool that looked inviting from our window!

The location was further from the bustling shopping district than we expected. the shuttle service provided was not convenient for early or late outings, making our romantic nights out a bit more challenging to plan.

Staying there is always a blast, with Lance at the front desk being a total gem. the staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. the rooms are clean, the bed comfy, and I love their hearty breakfast spread. I wish we had time to check out the pool, which looked fabulous from our room! the only downside was a bit of miscommunication about a birthday cake request, but in the end, it didn't put a damper on the fantastic experience we had! ✨

After enjoying a few beers, I was slightly disappointed to find out about Happy Hour drink choices only after asking for the bill. Nonetheless, the exceptional room cleaning service made up for this minor inconvenience.
