The location of this hotel was excellent, just steps away from the MRT and fantastic shopping and dining options. The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch customer service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and serviced daily. We enjoyed the therapeutic pools and the fast wifi. If there was one minor feedback, it would be to add more variety to the breakfast options.

Our stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites was overall enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the MRT, shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we arrived in the rain with multiple bags. They promptly assisted us, which was much appreciated. The serviced apartment aspect was also a plus, as we had access to a washer/dryer and a kitchenette.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The bathroom had no blinds or privacy, which could be inconvenient when sharing the room or needing to use the bathroom at night.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the hot breakfast options and the friendly staff. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff was always helpful and accommodating. The location was also a key highlight, being right at an MRT station and close to shopping and dining options. I appreciated the well-equipped apartment and the amenities provided, such as the pool and fitness center.

The breakfast was yummy, and we loved the hot tub and steam room. the location was great for shopping and sightseeing.

The room was a bit cramped, and we could hear noise from outside at night, which made it hard to sleep. the customer service was not very attentive or friendly, which put a damper on our Christmas festivities.

Some aspects of the housekeeping functionality did not work, such as the automated system for extra towels.

We had a luxurious stay in this centrally located apartment. The spacious and modern room fulfilled our exclusive needs with a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer. We experienced a minor issue with ants in our room, but the rest of the amenities made up for it. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay with its unbeatable location, personal assistant service, and exclusive room advantages.
