Spending New Year’s at this hotel was a great experience. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious interiors and comfortable beds. the location was also a plus, with easy access to local shopping and attractions. A thoughtful touch was the laundry powder provided.

The housekeeping process could use some work. Over a 10-day stay, the apartment was only cleaned three times.

Our stay at Park Avenue Robertson was absolutely wonderful! The staff made us feel like VIPs, greeting us by name and providing personalized service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, in a quiet area of the city but still conveniently close to a convenience store and many restaurants. It truly felt like a home away from home in the middle of a big, busy city!

Although our apartment at Park Avenue Robertson was comfortable and clean, it wasn't as nicely furnished as the one shown in the picture. The kitchen was lacking some basics such as oil, salt, pepper, and sugar, as well as wine glasses and decent cookware.

This hotel is in a great location, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby in Robertson Quay. It's also conveniently close to the MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a useful kitchen and washing machine. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.

The bathroom in the room we stayed in was small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel by the river! The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions like Robertson Quay and Clarke Quay. The service was top-notch, with thorough room cleaning every two days and spotless towels and bed sheets. The room itself was complete with all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, a sitting area, a dining table, and even a washing machine. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff who made my stay even more enjoyable. The pool area exceeded my expectations, and I was even allowed to use a larger pool nearby. a truly wonderful experience!

The location of this hotel was better than I expected. It's not far from the MRT station, which is convenient for exploring the city.
