We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. the room furnishings were top-notch and the daily cleaning service was excellent. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to have food delivered to our room. the location was perfect for us, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and easy access to Bugis Junction shopping center and a nearby hospital.

The lobby was a bit outdated and didn't match the pictures we had seen. the elevator was also quite small and often crowded, especially during check-in and check-out times.

Excellent location and amenities. Loved the comfortable beds and high-quality bathroom products. Club lounge was amazing with great drinks and desserts. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big balcony and a lovely view of the city skyline. the bed was super comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. the location was also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the hotel also had a beautiful pool area where I could relax and soak up the sun.

The staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, and I didn't feel welcomed or valued as a guest. There were also some issues with cleanliness, as I found ants on the bed and the fridge wasn't cold.

This place is in a great location along Beach Road with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The service here is exceptional - the bell staff and housekeeping were very attentive and accommodating. The room amenities were top-notch with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I particularly enjoyed the free wi-fi and the comfortable sitting area. The staff from check-in to check-out were professional and friendly.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends for its exceptional service and great location.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and the complimentary cocktail and light dinner. The location was perfect, close to everything and within walking distance of the metro. There were also many cool restaurants and bars right across the street, making it lively on the weekends.

Hard to think of anything negative.

The holiday season stay was enjoyable with two complimentary perks from the hotel. Aside from the key location near nice bars and restaurants, there was also access to a nearby mall with convenience stores. the room quality was good and had all necessary equipment.

The tea bags in the room appeared to be part of the minibar offering, which was a bit confusing. the room was located quite a distance from the lift lobby.

The hotel location was great, near famous city sights like Arab Street and just across the road from various eating places. It was a short walk to the nearest mall and Bugis MRT, which made getting around easy. Our room was lovely, with a comfortable and enormous bed, and a balcony to enjoy the view. Breakfast was extensive and had vegetarian options. The swimming pool was amazing, and we loved the experience in the Orchid Lounge.

The reception desk needs some improvement in terms of cleanliness, although the foyer seating is modern and stylish.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The deluxe room was absolutely lovely, with the comfiest King size bed and assortment of pillows ever. The high pressure shower was a much-needed relief after a long flight. The staff at the concierge desk were extremely helpful, providing directions to the places we wanted to visit and assisting us with taxis. The location was perfect, with the bay of gardens and Marina Sands close by. The hotel even allowed us to use the rooftop pool and bar after we checked out, which was a great perk. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back.

As a larger group of friends, we loved the strategic location of the hotel near the Mosque and Arab Street's food street. The housekeeping service was excellent, with attentive staff keeping everything up to date. The communal areas and swimming pool offered a clean and enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the front desk staff, especially Allen.

The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of food options nearby and an easy walk to public transportation. a peaceful and relaxing stay with environmentally friendly shower products.
