Excellent location near Chinatown, with a lot of greenery. Very clean and always maintained well. Friendly staff that are knowledgeable and helpful. Great facilities that are well-maintained. Delicious food and high-quality experience.

Our stay at Parkroyal Collection was absolutely amazing. The value for money was excellent, and the room was pure understated luxury. The location was perfect, with Chinatown, Clark Quay, MRT Stations, and shopping centers just a stone's throw away. The staff were incredibly attentive, polite, and friendly, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast menu could have been more varied.

I recently stayed at Parkroyal Collection for three nights. The hotel is beautifully designed with attention to detail, and the staff are fantastic. The location is excellent, within walking distance to historic Chinatown and with a bus stop for city tours right next to the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever experienced, and the room, though small, made creative use of space. The hotel's green spaces and tropical jungle atmosphere are outstanding.

The staff at Parkroyal Collection were accommodating when we arrived early and offered us refreshments while waiting for our room. Our room had a beautiful view and was spacious with modern furnishings. The Orchid Club benefits were worth the upgrade. a pleasant stay.

We had such a wonderful time during our stay here. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Chinatown, making it easy to explore this amazing area. The service from all staff members was impeccable, from the gardener to the manager, everyone seemed to understand customer service. The amenities in the room were fantastic, with a mini-bar, sitting area, in-room safe and more. The spa and wellness centre, as well as the swimming pool, were also great additions to our stay. We were even given a call when the service was back online, which was a really nice touch.

Rooms are modern, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The restaurant serves delicious local and international cuisine. Guests can enjoy the stunning outdoor gardens and green walls, a real treat for the eyes. Buffet breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The room had nice blackout curtains, a great bath, and was well-decorated for our wedding anniversary. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good tips for the day. The hotel location was touristy but convenient for food. We were given special access to the club room, making our stay even more special. The breakfast buffet was pricey but worth it, with the best food I've had. The pool area had a nice view and was clean.

parkroyal collection exceeded my expectations in singapore. the location was convenient, staff were friendly, and the clean room had beautiful decor and a comfortable bed. the pool area was relaxing and we even got our lost phone back thanks to the helpful reception staff.

This hotel is a great value for money with its central location in the heart of China Town and two MRT stations nearby. The rooms have a beautiful Chinese feel with wood panelling and sliding light wood screens, plus great views of the surrounding area. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast offers an array of options to suit all palates.

This hotel was a luxurious base for my trip to the city. the exclusive amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, were impressive. the Jacuzzi was particularly indulgent, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the restaurant served delicious food with a wide range of options, including special diet menus.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the service was not as prompt as I had expected during my time here. this did not detract from my overall experience at the hotel.
