We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a great district with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. The room was small, but incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. We were impressed with the range of amenities provided, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee-making facilities, and an in-room safe. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast and the cozy bar/lounge area.

The location of the hotel was excellent for New Year’s Eve celebrations. The hotel was close to the parade route and fireworks display. Also, the room offered a great view of the festivities from the comfort of the bed. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary drinks and snacks in the room which was a nice touch.

Our stay was marred by several issues. The air conditioning was not working properly which made the room uncomfortably hot even on the lowest setting. Moreover, the bathroom was not cleaned to our expectations and lacked basic toiletries. Furthermore, the breakfast was below average, with limited options and poor quality. we were disappointed with our stay at this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it.

There were convenient light control switches near the headboard and two USB charging points. Basic room amenities such as hangers, an iron, an ironing board, a kettle, cups, coffee. The TV had local and popular channels, and basic toiletries, towels in three sizes, and a phone were also available. The location was convenient, with bus stops just a 2-3 minute walk away, and a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest Novena MRT station. Additional facilities like a laundry room, gym, and swimming pool were also available.
