We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable and were always available to answer any questions. The location was perfect, with easy access to famous cocktail bars, fantastic shopping opportunities, and the beautiful botanical gardens. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the Tanglin Mall. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy armchair, couch, and coffee table, as well as a desk and chair.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was on Orchard Road and close to a smaller mall where we were able to get great haircuts. The complimentary personal handphone provided during our stay was a great touch. The in-room dining had an extensive range of options and arrived quickly. The staff also went above and beyond by providing a cot, baby bath, nappies, soap, and other baby-related items for our little one. the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff were exceptional.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The service at the hotel was exemplary! I had a last-minute family emergency and the management was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make alternative arrangements for us. The staff, especially our catering sales manager Alison Ng, were always responsive, professional, and attentive to our needs. The wedding day itself was flawless, thanks to the experienced senior captain Mr Anbalagan and his team. The food served to our guests was delicious, although the portion sizes could have been a bit bigger. The ambassador suite was spacious and comfortable. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to other couples planning their wedding.

One drawback was that there was some delay in transferring logistics to our room from the lobby, but it was during the F1 period so the staff may have been busy.

During my stay at Conrad, I had the opportunity to enjoy the luxurious Sunday brunch at the Manhattan Bar. It was a delightful experience to indulge in a champagne-filled afternoon without any interruptions from children. The atmosphere was lively, with great music and attentive wait staff. While some menu items were not as enjoyable as expected, there were still enough dishes of decent quality to be satisfied. The carvery, especially the lamb cutlets, stood out as some of the best I've ever had in Singapore. it was a fun afternoon with enough food and drink to enjoy. I would definitely give it another try.
