The staff were exceptional: Douglas at the front desk and Ariel at the entrance made our stay truly memorable. The location was superb, with a great view of the National Day Parade. The room was amazing and the breakfast at Colony was delicious. The concierge, Mr. Hakim, was incredibly helpful.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel over Christmas! The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the bay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the club lounge, which had stunning panoramic views and a great selection of food and wine. The pool and spa facilities were also top-notch, providing a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. the staff and management created a truly delightful experience that we will treasure.

There were a few issues during our stay. Firstly, our room had some maintenance issues, such as a small door in the wall that led to a creepy space filled with pipes.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton for my mother's birthday celebration, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special. We were given the best view in the house, and the personalized birthday card signed by all the employees was a sweet surprise. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Amrul at reception who upgraded our room. The view from our room was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The customer service was superb, and I will definitely be back.

The service at this hotel is top-notch. During my stay, I mentioned it was my partner's birthday and they surprised us with a birthday cake and balloons in the room. Truly made our day! The breakfast at Colony was outstanding with various options for all tastes. highly recommend this hotel.

The room was large, comfortable, and well-appointed. The view from the bathtub and the hexagonal window of the Marina was breathtaking. The breakfast was great, and almost all the staff members were friendly. my experience at this hotel was comfortable and memorable.

This hotel is in a convenient location, with easy access to shopping centers and transportation options to anywhere on the island. The spacious rooms offer stunning views and modern bathrooms, while the helpful staff goes above and beyond with personalized amenities and excellent customer service. Guests can also enjoy great facilities such as a well-equipped gym, interesting kid’s activities, and a lovely club lounge. The breakfast buffet includes a range of options, some of which are fresh juices and multiple services throughout the day.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this hotel was luxurious. the exclusive amenities and service ensured my every need was fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre was particularly impressive, boasting a sauna, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. the Spa lounge was perfect for unwinding with body wraps, massages, facials, and beauty treatments. There was even a treatment room and mani-pedi facilities. the bar/lounge area and poolside snack bar serve food and drinks, or I could indulge in a private buffet breakfast and special diet menus. the beautiful location advantage was unbeatable with live entertainment and sun loungers on hand.

He organized a late check out and assisted with special requests, demonstrating absolute courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail. The hotel's location, just moments away from the stunning Gardens by the Bay, provided a picturesque backdrop. The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering breathtaking views of the Marina Bay and Singapore Flyer. The service, coupled with a delicious breakfast at the Colony, truly exceeded our expectations.

The spa facilities left much to be desired, with outdated decor and an unpleasant smell in the shower area.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The concierge even surprised me with snacks and a handwritten card. The breakfast selection was amazing and the dining ambience was luxurious. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and right beside three different malls, including the Marina Bay Mall which has shops open until 11pm.
