The hotel staff were professional and accommodating, granting us a late checkout at 3pm. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with superb pillows. We loved the convenient location near the MRT station and within walking distance of the Newton food center. The breakfast and ambiance were enjoyable, and we appreciated the complimentary parking for guests.

The poolside facilities include a sauna and steam room, perfect for relaxation.

De locatie was perfect, omdat we gemakkelijk toegang hadden tot het openbaar vervoer en het stadscentrum. We waren ook blij verrast dat het hotel vlakbij het treinstation lag en dat we binnen no-time in de stad waren.

The staff, especially Mr. Murali, the duty manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us, providing a speedy service recovery. The location of the hotel is also convenient, making it a great choice for those visiting Singapore.

Good location: The hotel is conveniently located, close to shopping areas and easily accessible from the airport. It made exploring the city and doing some holiday shopping very convenient.

Limited TV channels: During our stay, we were disappointed to find that the local and Malaysia TV channels were not available. It would have been nice to have a wider selection of channels to choose from for entertainment.

You can also easily access the MRT station and hop on a train to any location. The famous Li Bai restaurant is just a stone's throw away, and there are plenty of other dining options in Orchard. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The service is commendable, with staff members going out of their way to assist guests. The breakfast spread is delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.

There were some unpleasant experiences at the restaurant in the lobby, where the service was quite terrible. The wait staff seemed impatient and impolite, lacking basic courtesy towards guests.
