Beautiful common areas, great room service, fabulous surroundings, short walk to China Town and amazing rooftops.

This hotel exudes luxury with exclusive amenities like the rooftop pool and bar, excellent service and special diet menus. The rooms are spacious with elegant decor and the restaurant offers a delicious in-room breakfast. The spa experience was divine with a deep cleanse facial and relaxing foot massage, followed by a meditation and complimentary ginger tea and fruits.

The elevator did not reach the rooftop deck, and the rooftop pool was only one lane wide.

During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near popular attractions and easily accessible via public transportation. The breakfast is cooked to order and offers a good selection of items. The staff were welcoming and attentive, delivering lovely little treats to my room throughout my stay.

The rooms were a bit small and lacked sufficient lighting. The furniture seemed a bit worn and outdated. The restaurant service was slow, and the complimentary breakfast only allowed for one dish per room, regardless of the number of guests. my stay was enjoyable, but there were a few areas that could have been improved upon.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, right next to Chinatown. There are many restaurants to choose from in the area, such as the Maxwell food centre and the Tiong Bahru food centre. The room is well-appointed with great furniture and interior design. The bathroom is spacious and includes a separate shower and toilet. The staff at the front desk are helpful and polite, providing local tips and recommendations. The hotel also offers a complimentary Chinese medical doctor consultation, a unique and thoughtful amenity.

The room is quite small and lacks space to open a suitcase.

The hotel's commitment to sustainability was evident, with glass bottles in the room instead of single-use plastic, and an herb garden by the pool. The social library was a unique space that served as both a reading area and an eating area, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect, with the famous Maxwell Hawker centre just steps away and convenient transportation options nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout our stay.
