We had an amazing stay at So Sofitel! The rooms were clean and comfortable with funky designs by Karl Lagerfeld. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even surprising us with decorations for a mini birthday celebration. The breakfast spread was delicious and the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to two MRT stations. The pool area was lovely and never crowded. The free mini bar and evening turn down service were nice touches.

We felt very lucky and had nothing to complain about during our stay.

Great stay over Christmas. We were impressed with the two complementary drinks on Christmas day and lovely chocolate treats left in our room. the hotel was in a prime location, close to public transportation and city landmarks. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, with stunning views of the city skyline.

Our room was noisy, located next to the air conditioning and ventilation systems. It made a constant low-level noise, like a running engine.

My recent stay at So Sofitel was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The location of the hotel is ideal, being in the heart of the financial district and within walking distance to Telok Ayer Heritage Street and Maxwell Food Centre. The French-inspired decor throughout the hotel adds a touch of elegance. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The added bonus of an iPhone and iPad for local calls and internet use was very convenient. I had a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic! Just a short taxi ride away, I can easily reach various areas of the city in under 20 minutes. The Esplanade is nearby, offering a multitude of entertainment options. Plus, the Marina Bay Sands shopping mall is just a stone's throw away, perfect for some retail therapy. Additionally, the hotel provides excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff. They even offer free room upgrades, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable, with soft and cozy beds, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The bathroom design leaves much to be desired. The glass walls and door don’t provide enough privacy, making it embarrassing if you're sharing a room or have guests over.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near Chinatown, Marina Bay, and the MRT stations. The hotel's unique facilities, such as the gold tiled rooftop pool and the intimate restaurant, made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff, from the housekeeping team to the reception and concierge, were all friendly and professional, ensuring a stress-free experience. the hotel provided a splendid experience with its comfortable beds and state-of-the-art iPad-controlled room amenities.
