Staff at this hotel, especially the receptionists on the lobby and ground floor, are warm and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. They took immediate action to rectify the hygiene and cleanliness issues, ensuring that my room was always tidy and clean - something I truly appreciated compared to my past experiences at other hotels. the room service was prompt and efficient, offering a good selection of in-room breakfast options. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant's breakfast offerings, including a good old fashioned bacon and egg meal with a cup of good coffee. the swimming pool area is lovely, with a great view and ample loungers for relaxation.

One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the poolside snack bar's offerings. although the location is convenient and easily accessible via taxi to many attractions, a bit more information on nearby cafes and restaurants from the reception staff would be helpful wanting to explore the area further.

I had a fantastic stay at Sofitel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The layout of the room allowed me to relax in different spots, and the lounge chair was especially cozy. The bath was luxurious, and the hotel provided top-notch amenities.

The room was spacious and clean, with unexpected amenities like a coffee machine and a weighing machine. the location of the hotel was also very central, with easy access to public transportation and nearby cafes and restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff offered me a late checkout option upon my request.

my request for a baby cot was not fulfilled upon my arrival, and I had to follow-up with the front desk. one of the bath towels was dirty and the pillows were too soft, causing me some discomfort.

Spectacular Prestige Suite with comfy King bed. Staff accomodated surprise cake delivery for boyfriend's birthday, even sang a song. Convenient and accessible location for staycation planning. Incredible view from pool and room. High quality amenities like wireless speakers, Nespresso machine, and calming tea. Premier corner room with spectacular views. Thorough housekeeping and on-point concierge. Immaculate and spacious room with great bathroom. Fantastic experience with attentive staff and services. Loved it.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location near the MRT and the abundance of eateries around. The pool area offered stunning city views, and the baby cot provided was a pleasant surprise, as it was a wooden cot rather than a basic travel cot. The room was spacious and had a fabulous view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the services provided, such as the quick turnaround for cleaning and replenishing supplies, were excellent. We also appreciated the USB charger near the nightstand and the stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was an absolute dream. From the exclusive amenities to the warm and attentive service, everything was top-notch. We especially enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre, which offered a range of indulgent treatments that left us feeling completely pampered. The outdoor swimming pool with its sun loungers and poolside snack bar was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sunshine.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was the lack of a bidet in the bathroom. However, this did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Tanjong Pagar MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. Guests have mentioned a variety of small cafes around the area, including Japanese and Korean ones. Furthermore, the customer service provided by the staff is exceptional, with a focus on cleanliness and serving with a smile. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing an amazing view of the Chinatown area.

The hotel lacks certain amenities that other hotels in the same price range offer, such as a proper bar, restaurant, and rooftop terrace.
