We had an amazing stay at Somerset Bencoolen. the apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for our family with three children. the location was fantastic with the MRT just 3 minutes away, making it easy for us to explore the city. There were also plenty of delicious food options nearby. the rooftop pool was a hit with our children and we loved lounging on the comfortable sunbeds. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist us. the kitchen was well-equipped and allowed us to have meals in the apartment. it truly felt like a home away from home.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Somerset. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for food and giving me guidance on getting around Singapore. the location was perfect, with the MRT station just across the road and BUGIS St shopping center within walking distance. There was even a night market nearby. Checking in was a breeze, and the reception staff were polite and friendly. the room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, including proper utensils and dinnerware.

We stayed in a family suite during new year's and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine and a fruit basket, which was a nice touch. the location was also convenient as it was close to many restaurants and attractions. the rooftop pool was also enjoyable.

The staff at breakfast insisted on speaking their own language instead of English, which was offensive. the room was uncomfortable as the bed moved easily and there was a lot of dust that caused us to sneeze frequently.

the apartment had a great view of the city and was kept spotlessly clean and tidy by the friendly cleaner, Yasotha. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the living room/kitchen area was beautifully furnished with a sofa, rug, and cushions. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to the MRT and bus stop just steps away. There were also plenty of dining options within walking distance. the staff were helpful and the pool was a great place to relax at the end of the day.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right opposite the MRT station. It is superb being so central and so close to the metro and available taxis. The service here is fantastic with a train station close by as well as restaurants. It is great for access to both the Orchard Rd and City Hall areas. The staff here are really nice and helpful. The leisure facilities are top-notch, with a rooftop pool and sun terrace. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities such as a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle. The continental breakfast provided is delicious and they even serve hot dishes in addition to the standard options.
