We had a fantastic stay at Paradox! the staff were incredibly thoughtful, surprising my father with a cute little cake on his birthday. the rooms were spacious and the location was perfect, with the main attractions of the city just a stone's throw away. We loved the convenience of having a shopping mall and grocery stores right next to the hotel. being by the riverside meant that we had plenty of dining options with restaurants, cafes, and bars. the staff were always friendly and greeted us with a smile. They even provided us with an umbrella when it was raining and gave us a complementary late checkout on our last day, which was greatly appreciated. the breakfast spread was amazing, and we also enjoyed the option of choosing our own pillows from the pillow menu.

The location of the hotel was superb! It was right next to the MRT station and a shopping mall, making it so convenient to get around. Plus, it was just a short walk to Chinatown and Downtown, which was great for exploring the city. Another highlight was the pool, especially the slide. My 7-year-old absolutely loved it!

One thing that was a bit disappointing was the breakfast in the executive lounge. We had paid extra for access to the lounge, but the breakfasts we had were cold and not very appetizing.

Enjoyed my stay at Swissotel. The spacious room and comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. The buffet breakfast had an excellent selection and the gym and pool facilities were top-notch. Would recommend for a pleasant stay in a convenient location. highly recommended hotel.

Swissotel is in an excellent location with an MRT station just a 2-minute walk away. the hotel provides a free mobile phone with data, which is great for navigation. the staff are lovely and provided a birthday cake. the rooms are spacious and clean, with options for pillow toppers and sizes. Housekeeping respects your preferences. the pool area is lovely with plenty of lounges. the restaurant and room service are great.

I recently stayed at Swissotel in Singapore for two weeks with my family. The hotel's convenient location, spacious rooms, and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. We also loved the buffet-style breakfast and the scenic riverside walk near the hotel. it was a relaxing and memorable experience.

The lobby bar was a cozy place for us to relax with a cup of coffee. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room. The pool was a bit small, but still a nice spot to cool off on a hot day. a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a well-located hotel in the city centre. The room at Swissotel Merchant Court was flawless, except for a noisy fan on the aircon. The staff were extremely attentive and couldn't do enough for us. We really appreciated the executive club benefits, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city and its attractions, such as the Gardens by the Bay and Universal Studios on Sentosa Island. One of the highlights was the transformation of Clarke Quay over the past decade. we highly recommend Swissotel Merchant Court in Singapore for a fantastic stay.

The breakfast was outstandingly delicious and very enjoyable. The location was convenient to everything, with great tips from the concierge. The staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. The rooms were generous in size and the pool had excellent food and drink service.

Felt very comfortable, no complaints at all.
