I recently stayed at the Capitol Kempinski Hotel for a business trip. The room was spacious with a separate working area, perfect for when I needed to get some work done. The enclosed balcony was a nice touch, giving me a private space to relax. The bathroom and toilet were great, and I appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection, and the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring. The staff were warm and hospitable, providing an excellent level of customer service.

Would recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kempinski in Singapore and I must say it was a delightful experience. The staff at this hotel were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even personally escorted us to our spacious room and gave us a detailed introduction to all the facilities. The highlight for me was the luxurious and well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes from both Europe and Asia. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to explore the city and indulge in some shopping. If I find myself in Singapore again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

As a young family, we loved the spacious and luxurious room with comfortable beds and high-quality amenities. The hotel had a Sonos sound system, Apple Air Play on the TV, and wireless phone charging, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast at the restaurant was incredible, with a wide variety of options and cuisines. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to shopping, tourist attractions, and public transportation.

Great location, stunning decor with elegant bling touches. Comfortable working desk with spacious, window-side bathtub. Triple shower with heated toilet seat. Generous provision of toiletries and fluffy slippers. Excellent and helpful guest services with Seri giving a full orientation of the city.

Historic location, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness, convenient transportation.

This hotel is an excellent choice with a superb location near shops and restaurants, yet nestled away in a peaceful alley. You can easily walk to the nearest metro station to explore the city. The room feels like a palace with lovely decoration and comfortable amenities. The breakfast is delicious and served in a beautifully decorated restaurant. The staff is attentive, responsive and very helpful with anything you need.

One aspect of the hotel needs improvement - the cabinets in some rooms need maintenance, as do the pillows they use.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious! From the exclusive amenities to the rooftop pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, everything was just amazing. The spa centre offered a wide range of massage options, including full body massage, back massage and Jacuzzi. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and the in-room breakfast was just perfect. The staff provided excellent service and the private facilities exceeded my expectations.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of entertainment options. There was no casino or entertainment center, but the hotel's prime location made up for it.

Kempinski is an amazing hotel in a perfect location, with friendly staff and luxurious rooms. The breakfast buffet is superb and I loved the huge suite room with a bathtub. Despite some minor room issues, the staff went out of their way to compensate and make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Kempinski.

Great breakfast and friendly service made our city break delightful. the location is perfect, close to famous landmarks and easy transportation. We also enjoyed the welcome drink and the comfortable bedding.

Limited restaurant options and inconvenient shower fixtures were the worst aspects of the hotel. We also found the lack of proper labels for the different shower heads confusing.
