I had an amazing stay at The Fullerton Bay Hotel! The 'Taste the Good Life By The Bay Package' was fantastic, featuring a spacious Deluxe Room with gorgeous views of the ocean. The staff truly went above and beyond, especially during our special celebration, making us feel valued with their exceptional service and attention to detail. The complimentary dining credits were a nice touch too! Can't wait to return!

Waking up to the dazzling views of Marina Bay Sands felt surreal. Each staff member treated us like family, and the rooftop infinity pool was an absolute highlight!

The only drawback was the slightly limited lift access to the nearby MRT station, which made planning day trips a bit tricky. Otherwise, it was truly a memorable experience.

If someone could please fix the footbridge-lift to Raffles Place MRT, that would greatly enhance convenience!!! The balcony only having one chair feels quite inadequate, and the lack of parasols by the pool is a real letdown!!!

i recently stayed for a day tour at the fullerton bay hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations. my previous visits in singapore were nice, but the stunning views from my room and the delicious breakfast made this stay special. overall, the attentive service and luxurious amenities really added to the experience.

It would have been great to have more lift access options to nearby public transport.

birthday surprise & stunning views

What an experience! We got a delightful birthday surprise in our room, which was such a sweet touch. The rooftop infinity pool was to die for—views of Marina Bay Sands were unreal! Just wish the snack bar by the pool had more options. But staff were super friendly, making us feel right at home.

We had an amazing experience enjoying the rooftop pool and a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options, but it would’ve been nice to have more complimentary tea in the room. Definitely check out the stunning interior of the hotel when you visit! 😊

Spending a night in a Premier Room was a delight, thanks to the beautiful woodwork and modern layout. The staff's thoughtful touches for my husband's birthday, like a surprise cake and decorations, were truly heartwarming. While the in-room dining experience was fantastic, the buffet setup at breakfast felt chaotic, with guests not knowing where to queue, which detracted from the otherwise excellent service. The rooftop pool had breathtaking views, making for a truly memorable experience.
