We were a family of 13 and staying at the residence was a breeze. the staff at Far East Hospitality were extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure we had the best options for our outings to the zoo and Legoland. They even arranged transportation back to the airport for us. the location was fantastic, with a variety of eating places nearby and easy access to the MRT station. the rooms were clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely consider coming back.

Had a great Xmas holiday with my family! We stayed in a spacious 3-bedroom unit that was always kept clean. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to many great restaurants and bars along the river. the included breakfast was yummy! My family enjoyed swimming in the pool and working out at the gym.

It would have been helpful to have a staff member who could speak our language to better assist us. the shuttle service to and from the airport was not always reliable, resulting in some stress and anxiety.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated between two MRT stations and surrounded by a variety of excellent restaurants. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff here were truly exceptional, providing outstanding service from the moment I arrived. The reception desk and Ricole went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and made me feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped room that included everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had great facilities, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and even BBQ facilities. the service and efficiency of the staff here made my experience truly unforgettable.
