We had a romantic escape at this hotel and the ambiance was lovely. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. the view from our room was breathtaking. the hotel provided the service of a shuttle that was very convenient and the pool was a great place to relax in the afternoon.

The food choices in the breakfast buffet were unsatisfactory and lacked variety. smoking was allowed in the coffee corner where people were eating which was very unpleasant and unhygienic.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, caring, and very accommodating, especially Mr. David. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel facilities were great, and the fast wifi was a bonus. The location was convenient, with a 15-minute walk to Orchard Road and close to Newton Food Park. the staff, cleanliness, spacious room, and convenient location made my stay enjoyable.
