Our Christmas stay was great! the holiday atmosphere was perfect and the two-floor wellness center was a real treat after spending time outdoors. Plus, we couldn't beat the location - right by the mountain trails and train stop, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the breakfast buffet was fantastic too, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The walls in our room were quite thin, so we could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. Nevertheless, overall it was a lovely experience and we would definitely return.

Very friendly staff, helped with everything. Clean rooms, great wellness with two parts and clean showers. Small room but enough for two. Restaurant open till 10pm, bar and bowling till 1am. Excellent value for money for families or couples. Can leave car and enjoy the area on departure day.

Great views and facilities were the best aspects of our stay at this hotel. the location was key, with a short walk to the funicular and the center of town, as well as being close to the train station. the spa, saunas, and pool were amazing, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

One of the worst aspects was the noise, as the walls were very thin and we could hear almost everything happening in the next room. It would be advisable for future guests to bring ear plugs.
