The room itself was impeccable, with modern amenities such as ironing facilities and a mini-bar, as well as a cozy sitting area and a terrace to soak in the breathtaking views. The hotel also offered a wide range of dining options, including a fantastic restaurant with special diet menus available. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that truly exceeded my expectations.

The historical building was stunning with beautiful views of the surrounding area. the rooms were very clean and comfortable, with several amenities such as bathrobes and toiletries provided. the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options, and we enjoyed dining at the in-house restaurant. the location was very convenient with close proximity to both high and low Tatras.

The attendants on duty seemed to be handling several roles, which impacted the service provided. the bar had limited drink options which were overpriced.
