I had a major problem with my car while staying at this hotel and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They acted as interpreters and made phone calls on my behalf to get the necessary repairs done. Their fantastic customer service truly made a difference during my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bathroom well-equipped, and the free WiFi worked perfectly. The hotel also had ample free parking available.

The facilities, new bar/restaurant, friendly staff, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, convenient location with tram stop nearby.
