The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the hotel had nice little extras that added to the overall experience. The breakfast, included with the stay, was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the major attractions and offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the city center. Despite the little drawbacks of an uncomfortable bed and a leaking shower handle, the hotel's helpful staff, cleanliness, and convenient location made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

The staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly. They recommended the sights to see, provided discount coupons, as well as a welcome drink and some complimentary chocolate. The room was spacious and cozy, with all the amenities I needed like an ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a good variety of choices. the service was top-notch and I felt very well taken care of during my stay.
