We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is super central, just below the castle, and everything was within walking distance. Our room and bathroom were very spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the excellent spa with an awesome view of the castle. The breakfast was superb with a wide selection and omelets made to order. The staff were also very helpful, organizing transportation for us to a wedding outside the city.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at a great hotel in Bratislava. the beds were comfortable, the lobby was welcoming, and the bathroom was perfect. the breakfast options were diverse and satisfying. the staff was polite and helpful, even lending us umbrellas on a rainy day. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace, although it was only accessible with a more expensive room. the location was ideal, close to the old center and with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. the rooftop sauna and fitness room with a castle view were delightful amenities.

The attention to detail at Falkensteiner Hotel was impressive. They provided a map with running routes and even had a station in the lobby for runners to refuel. Their dog-friendly policy was a big bonus for us as they greeted our puppy with treats and a blanket. The room was clean and the windows did a great job of keeping out street noise. we enjoyed our stay.

The English TV channels could have been better as there were only news channels available, without any movie options.

The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is within a short walk to the old town and the castle. This allowed us to easily explore the city attractions and conveniently return to the hotel when needed. the hotel is close to the bus stop, only a 6-minute bus ride away from the train station. The room was very comfortable and had lovely views of the old town. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Service was excellent, with very helpful and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast provided was excellent, offering a variety of options.

The SPA area had some issues, such as untight water taps and outdated showers.
