The hotel staff were helpful, even offering a family room on short notice. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel had a mini golf course, providing entertainment for the kids. There were several restaurants and cafes nearby, and the hotel was conveniently located near the Aquapark and hockey arena.

The location of this hotel is perfect - close to both train stations and right in the heart of all the restaurants and bars in downtown. It's also a great base for exploring the beautiful Tatras mountains. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice big bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, and they have a wealth of tourist information available at the reception. The breakfast is simple but satisfying, and you can even order it the night before if you need an early start.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and we couldn't find any faults.

Our romantic escape was dampened by the lack of privacy in the shower. the bathroom had a glass door that did not provide enough coverage, making it uncomfortable to use the facilities.
