We had a wonderful time at a fantastic spa hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

We spent New Year's Eve in this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. the breakfast offering was diverse and satisfying, and the staff was helpful and polite. the location was perfect for our needs as it was located between high and low mountain ranges, making it ideal for hikers. the armband feature offered convenience and efficiency, making our stay hassle-free.

The price of the sauna tickets was not included in the overall price, even though we were told it was in a previous correspondence. This was a letdown as the sauna was a significant reason we booked this hotel, and the price was too high for us to justify.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the water park, making it easy to access and enjoy all the amenities. Guests also appreciate the proximity to the pools area, allowing for quick and convenient access. the hotel is situated close to the Turkish bazaar, providing a vibrant and lively atmosphere for guests to explore.

This hotel is great value for money, especially with the thermal pools right next door. The rooms with a kitchenette are very efficient and even come with a heater. The staff are friendly and the breakfast included is a nice touch.
