We had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location was perfect - close to the city center and within walking distance of all the main attractions. We were able to explore the historical center easily and visit all the landmarks in the area. The service at this hotel was top-notch. The staff provided excellent assistance with dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The terrace provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors, with dining tables and garden furniture available for guest use. The room also had a flat-screen TV and free toiletries for added convenience.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel had a decent location and big, modern rooms. It was convenient to have a 24-hour reception and free parking. the staff were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. the food selection was poor and didn't taste fresh.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Black Horse. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city. The room was spacious with a large opening window, allowing us to enjoy the warm weather. The bed, although soft, was comfortable, and there were enough sockets to charge our devices. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and spoke English. We also appreciated the 24-hour reception and the parking facilities. we had a satisfactory experience at Hotel Black Horse.
