I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had an amazing experience. The location of this place is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful scenery and offering breathtaking views. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who always went above and beyond to assist me. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing me with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The wellness area at this hotel is simply incredible, with a variety of saunas and an outdoor hot tub that provided the perfect relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast here was delicious, with a wide selection of food including fresh pineapple and mouthwatering fried bacon. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and exceptional wellness facilities.

The hydro massage outside and saunas were excellent. The breakfast had a nice selection and the Nutella cream was real. The room design was beautiful and the massage was very good.

New establishment, stylish design, spacious rooms, peaceful surroundings. Helpful, polite staff. High-quality interiors, luxurious bathroom, impressive sauna park. Stunning view of the High Tatras. Enjoyed the pleasant summer climate. Slovakia remains a favorite destination. Strongly recommend.

Beautiful mountain retreat with great views, excellent spa services and fantastic food. Our Deluxe room was spacious and luxurious, making us feel pampered. The wellness area was clean and serene, making it ideal for relaxation. The restaurant was amazing with lots of food options for intolerances and allergies. , live piano music on Saturday night is an excellent touch.

The wifi was a disappointment as it was slow and unreliable. , there should be more information about food options and cups for coffee in the rooms.
