The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. It is also close to all the relevant attractions in Tatry, allowing guests to explore the beautiful sights nearby. The rooms are nicely decorated and furnished, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The bathroom is spacious and clean, with a full bath for relaxation. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests have everything they need. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and offers a good variety of options. The hotel also offers the advantage of having rooms with balconies, providing a great view of the surrounding area.

The hotel pressing on getting paid in cash may be a bit inconvenient for some guests.

I was positively surprised by this hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and spacious, with the option of having a balcony. I particularly enjoyed the gorgeous view of the High Tatras from my room. The location is great, just near the little train station, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast offered many options and was a good value for money.

The dinner options were a bit limited, but the quality of the food was exceptional. We had our meal delivered to our room and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and the presentation was top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised by the culinary skills of the chef at Palace Tivoli.

Nothing could have been better.

During our recent city trip, we stayed at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful, going the extra mile to assist us with restaurant recommendations and offering us complimentary tastings. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the important sights. We also loved the cozy atmosphere, especially in the lobby, where we could relax and take in the mountain views.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the one downside was the room size. It felt rather tight, and the large desk took up unnecessary space. We also found it a bit chilly in the evening, despite turning on the heating. However, these minor issues did not detract from the overall positive experience, and we would definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.
